성숙도 5단계에 대한 또다른 표현...
웹서핑하다가 다음과 같은 표현을 봤습니다. 어짜피 같은말이지만 항상 새로운게 좋죠.

- Level 3 (Enlightenment) : Standard process throughout organization.

- Level 5 (Certainty) : Continuous process improvement via metrics feedback.

- Level 1 (Initial) : the starting point for use of a new process.
- Level 2 (Repeatable) : the process is able to be used repeatedly, with roughly repeatable outcomes.
- Level 3 (Defined) : the process is defined/confirmed as a standard businessprocess, and decomposed to levels 0, 1 and 2 (the latter being WorkInstructions).
- Level 4 (Managed) : the process is managed according to the metrics described in the Defined stage.
- Level 5 (Optimized) : process management includes deliberate process optimization/improvement.
